ASBA (Vic) is a welcoming and collegial professional Association with over 300 members from independent and systemic schools across Victoria. We are actively engaged in the promotion and advancement of education and aim to provide:
information to our members on a wide range of topics that will assist in the management of our Schools. We aim to ensure our members are equipped with the latest information by providing coverage of a wide range of topics including, but not limited to legal, governance, compliance, environmental changes and concerns, financial management, leadership, long term financial and master planning as well as property matters and capital project planning, etc.
networking opportunities where, as members we can discuss and share matters of mutual interest.
professional activities including professional development days, webinars, biennial State conferences, online forums and newsletters, as well as meetings and other forums conducted through our dynamic and engaged regional group.
ASBA (Vic) is a Member association of ASBA Limited, an organisation representing associations of Business Administrators employed in non-government schools throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to our state-based activities, a biennial National Conference is hosted, on a rotational basis, by Member states in Australia and New Zealand.
Membership to ASBA (Vic) is open to non-academic business professional staff employed in independent, systemic and other Victorian Schools. If you are considering membership, I welcome you to make contact with a member of our State Committee or a Regional Group Convenor.
