Hope is NOT a Strategy

Data should be the cornerstone for all of the decisions a school makes regarding its future direction.

This webinar will introduce you to the demographics that are readily available for you to consider, and how you can combine your school’s internal data with the publicly available data to make better decisions in the future.

Using tools like our online mapping, or a full School Demographic Analysis project, your school can then say you use data to make better business decisions.
As a Business Manager, this information should be your expertise, and your responsibility to ensure your school is data driven, not using the “wet finger in the air” approach.

Whether the questions are future expansion on site, new campus decisions or other strategic decisions for the Board, down to where to market in the future, where to run our buses or to understand where our enrolments are coming from, these all should be factually made.
